REGISTRATION

Entry:  
120 players limit as selected by the tournament committee.

Entry Fee: $395 per player.  Lunch each day will be provided each day of the tournament. Practice
round including cart $75 per player.
 
Tournament:  
The tournament will be played over 5 days with 36-hole Stroke play Qualifier. The field will be
reduced to top 32 players, ties will be determined with a sudden death playoff. Match play format will
be used to determine a Champion. Pull carts and caddies are allowed or two golf carts will be
provided for each three or foursome group. One golf cart will be provided for groups of two.

Eligibility:  
Eligibility for invitation will be determined by the Tournament Committee. All entries must have a
verifiable plus GHIN handicap along with a competitive resume.  First consideration will be given to
players ranked in the top 1800 of the WAGR or in the top 700 of the NCAA D1 ranking, and the top
400 of the D2 ranking as determined by the official NCAA ranking site at Scoreboard Clipped. All
applications will be reviewed by the committee and entrants will be notified of acceptance into the
field within 3-5 days.

Deadline:  
The final field will be announced July 16th, 2026.  Please note that the deadline for a partial refund is
July 5 th .  Any withdrawal notification received before 11:59pm on July 5 th , 2026, will receive a refund
minus a $50.00 administrative fee.  Any withdrawal requests received after July 5 th will forfeit entry
fee.

Withdrawal requests must be made via email to michael@front9tour.com.  Withdrawal request made
via phone or through golf genius will not be accepted.

Waiting List:  
The Tournament Committee will establish a waiting list, if necessary.

Dress Code:  
All players who enter the event must follow the dress code set forth by the Mystic Creek Golf Club
management.  All players must wear collared shirts, Bermuda length shorts, cut-offs or denim will not
be allowed, and all players must keep their shirt tucked in during play. Mystic Creek Golf Club is a
Soft Spike only facility.
